Our SS 304 Corrugated Tubes are genuinely employed as components of energy-related tools such as steam superheaters, boilers, steam pipelines, and so on. These UNS S30400 Corrugated Tubes are made of low alloyed, heat-resistant steels that can withstand extreme temperatures and pressures. Meanwhile, the thick wall tubes and smaller diameter tubes of larger diameters are cold drawn and then heat treated.
304 stainless steel Corrugated tubes are widely employed in many different industries; their primary function is to transfer heat between two different liquids. These particular tubes are made of premium stainless steel that also contains nickel and chromium alloy. The corrugated tubes provide exceptional anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance. It also shows stress corrosion cracking temperature above 60 degrees C, providing protection against pitting and crevice corrosion in warm chloride environments. It has exceptional deep drawing quality without the need for a transitional annealing step. Furthermore, it provides excellent durability and toughness. Through conventional fusion techniques, these tubes exhibit excellent weldability.
SS Instead of using the traditional "black iron" (steel) gas pipe, corrugated tubes are utilized. Average residential "black iron" gas pipe wall thickness is 3 to 4 mm, while the inner stainless steel layer of an average residential CSST is.2 to.3 mm thick. Compared to "black iron" gas pipe, 304 stainless steel corrugated tube costs more. There may be fewer joints needed, greater safety during earthquakes, and simpler installation with stainless steel 316l corrugated tube dealers.
Our teams responsible for quality control make sure that every 304 stainless steel corrugated tube is put through all the quality testing stages in accordance with international quality standards. We have also implemented a uniform packing procedure for our products at Philips Metal Mill. To ensure damage-free transportation, we pack tubes with the proper and appropriate material. At the client's location, we deliver these tubes at a predetermined time.
