The majority of the time, plants using recirculated administered water—such as paper and pulp mills, chemical processing equipment, ink manufacturing equipment, and pollution control systems—use SS 321 Corrugated Tubes (also known as UNS S32100 and WNR 1.4541).

The strength, standard polish, and longevity of Stainless Steel 321/321H Corrugated Tubes are widely acknowledged. The austenitic stainless steel alloy that stabilizes these tubes with niobium and titanium content is essentially used in their construction. Between 427 and 816 degrees Celsius is the temperature range in which carbide precipitation occurs in these tubes. By using a cold working procedure, these also become non-magnetic under annealed conditions and provide higher hardness. Along with stress rupture and increased creep properties, these tubes show remarkable resistance to oxidation. Consequently, these are also resistant to damage in cold weather.

The required testing and inspection must be carried out under the supervision of qualified personnel in order to produce an error-free and high-quality range product. Similar tests include the PMI test, hardness test, IGC test, chemical analysis, mechanical test, ultrasonic test, and third-party inspection. Under the supervision of qualified test controllers from the sector, all such tests are carried out.
